Foamboard 1500 is a smooth-surfaced XPS board used for thermal insulation in pitched roofs and lofts. Its closed-cell structure provides low water absorption, good compressive strength and long-term thermal insulation performance.

Foamboard 1500 D is designed to form a continuous XPS layer above the rafters in pitched roofs over occupied lofts. Fully engaging the board rebates, securing them with counter-battens and using a vapour-permeable waterproofing membrane above support roof performance.
