Weber GFT01 Render Mesh is an alkali-resistant reinforcing mesh used to strengthen the surface layer in external wall insulation and rendering. It helps reduce cracking risk at corners, joints and large surfaces.

Alkali-resistant glass-fibre reinforcing mesh helps control cracking by distributing stresses in the external wall insulation basecoat. The mesh must be embedded in fresh render rather than laid directly on the board; overlaps and diagonal reinforcement at joints, corners and openings must follow the system details.
