Weber Therm B1 Plus is a cement-based basecoat applied over insulation boards with reinforcing mesh in external wall insulation systems. It helps the insulation layer respond more evenly to impact and cracking risks.

B1 Plus is a polymer-modified basecoat that forms an approximately 4 mm total layer with reinforcing mesh over EPS, XPS and stone wool boards. The mesh must be overlapped and positioned near the middle of the render; the mineral layer must be allowed to dry before the final finish.
