Weber prim adhesion primer is used to increase bonding on absorbent or weak substrates before covering and mortar applications. It reduces surface dusting during preparation and helps the next layer perform more evenly.

Acrylic-dispersion-based ADR is a ready-to-use primer that improves substrate adhesion before tile adhesive, particularly in renovation. It is intended for sound, low-absorbency substrates such as tile-over-tile applications; a different manufacturer-recommended primer should be selected for gypsum-based or constantly wet surfaces.
